Qualifications:

Hold a current license in Kansas and/or Missouri (e.g., LMSW, LPC or equivalent).

Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy.

Demonstrate attention to detail and timely completion of clinical notes.

Availability for some evening hours with flexible scheduling options.

Exhibit self-starter qualities and a proactive approach to learning.

Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions, complete assessments, offer coaching support, and consultation with professionals involved in the case, along with providing discharge services.

Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program.

Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.

Attend weekly consultation groups to stay informed and engaged with the team.

Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to complete professional assessments and treatment plans efficiently.
