We are current seeking a Fixed Income Financial Trader. This position will be based out of our St. Cloud, MN, Boca Raton, FL or San Diego, CA offices.

What you will do:

Executes trade orders for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products

May provide trading service to registered representatives or for internal company purposes

Executes moderately complex purchases and sales of investment products in a timely and efficient manner

Explains trading procedures to reps and other customers, answers questions and provides quotes

Researches and resolves issues in trading area

Ensures that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards

What you will have:

Bachelor's Degree

Series 7 and 63 required

4+ years of experience within financial services industry

Strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and responsive

Compensation: The base annual salary for this role is $60,000.00-$75,000.00 base salary, plus an incentive-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
