Production Line Worker
General Summary :
Perform various manual tasks involved in the preparation, processing, packaging, and inspection of products.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications :
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Experience working in production or manufacturing or heavy lifting jobs
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Basic communication skills and self-motivation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Functions :
Handle raw meat materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, scaling, labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
Move products between different temperature areas using carts or racks.
Inspect product for quality and consistency.
Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
Record production data, such as product counts and weights.
Additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various temperatures.
Pay Range : $18.00 and paid weekly
Schedules: We have 2 shift open
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm
