An exciting opportunity to be a part of our project management consultancy team to deliver a commercial project with infrastructure, bridge and landscape packages.

Client focus - Deliver on our promise:
You will work as part of the delivery team, coordinating and managing multiple contractors to oversee the successful implementation of the district wide logistics strategy across the development island.
You will build relationships to manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You will build a strong working relationship with your clients and support the construction lead in turning the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
Chair all logistics meetings and act as the final arbiter of site logistics planning issues to resolve disputes between contractors.
Define and modify the operating requirements of the delivery management system (DMS) to ensure smooth operation at site.
Define KPI’s and monitor performance of the contractors accordingly.
Partners with contractors and/or client representatives building key working relationships.
Manages workforce levels and site operations ensuring a competent team operating in a safe environment, shares resources and innovative ideas within the delivery community.
Manages logistics activities include labour drop-off, reporting to construction lead, producing delivery performance reports as required.
Manages the production of weekly progress summary of key activities, aligned to 4/8 week look aheads Plans and prioritises daily and weekly activities for multiple stakeholders including:
Logistics/traffic management & control.
Site material delivery management & tight control.
Site equipment management & control.
Access control of site entry and egress.
Ensure contractors and suppliers are conversant with delivery system, bookings and information are logged and processed correctly and issues appropriate notice to contractors.
Coordinates health safety, wellbeing and environmental requirements of packages with the supervision consultant HSW manager.
Develops alternative methods of undertaking contractual scope of works, planning works and monitoring programme/s delivery, ensuring service quality provided, developing innovation of delivery service.
Co-ordinate with Contractors to ensure development island and surrounding roads cleaning operation is executed to a high standard at all times.

Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
