Position Summary: The Data Engineer will be involved in all activities related to business intelligence, data analytics, pipeline development, integration, storage, optimization, security, and more.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
This position will sit on-site at the Bedford Park facility. There is no relocation assistance available.

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading
Optimize data storage solutions for performance and accessibility
Maintain semantic data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business intelligence
Work with stakeholders to design user-friendly reporting solutions
Implement security and governance measures for reporting tools
Monitor and manage data infrastructure performance
Utilize data governance and metadata management tools
Ensure data quality and integrity, adhering to standards
Collaborate with data SMEs to translate business needs into solutions
Provide training and best practices for data and self-service analytics
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in data processes
Document technical designs and workflows, incorporating best practices and peer reviews
Design and implement software lifecycles, including CI/CD and agile practices
Maintain data pipelines for accurate ingestion, transformation, and analysis
The annualized good faith base salary range for this position is $109,200 - 160,871. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable certifications, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
4- year degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Job-related certifications or education is a plus
Strong proficiency and hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric tools building Data Pipelines and Dataflows
Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service
Expertise in SQL and data modeling, with experience designing efficient and scalable data structures
Ability to develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
Microsoft DP-600 or DP-700 certification (Fabric Analytics Engineer or Data Analyst)
Preferred Candidate Qualities
3+ years' experience in Data Engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong understanding of data security, access control and compliance best practices
Exceptional collaboration and customer engagement skills
Familiarity with data governance tools, such as Microsoft Purview
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
