Responsibilities:

Safety & Security: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and emergency procedures.

Flight Coordination: Work with airlines, ground handling teams, and air traffic control to manage flight schedules.

Staff Management: Supervise airport personnel, schedule shifts, and conduct training.

Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of runways, terminals, and airport equipment.

Customer Service: Address passenger concerns and resolve operational issues.

Administrative Tasks: Manage budgets, produce reports, and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and problem-solving capabilities

Previous experience in aviation or customer service is a plus
