Job Description Summary
The Associate Human Resources Analyst performs a variety of forecasting, analysis and reporting of data with basic or tactical impact .- which includes but not limited to: budgets, performance indices, survey analysis, planning, and reporting activities in Policies, Total Rewards, Planning and/or Organizational Development and to support HR team in managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of HRIS data to ensure accuracy.
- Support HR team members with system queries and troubleshooting.
- Generate basic HR reports and assist with data analysis.
- Help in onboarding new users and training them on system functionalities.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR to implement system improvements and updates.
- Participate in HR projects related to HRIS enhancements.
- Gather data and provide reports to support analytics leading to results into decision making process
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience
Up to 2 years of service in related HR field(s). Experience in Healthcare is beneficial.
