What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and guide them through the car-buying process
Build relationships and trust with prospective buyers
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and financing options
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and safety features
Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
Meet monthly sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
