Key Responsibilities:
Proactively drive sales through lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations at industry trade shows and close deals.
Manage and grow customer accounts within assigned territories or segments.
Collaborate with management to maintain regular contact with key accounts to coordinate marketing efforts and resolving issues.
Offer feedback to the Social Media Department and third-party consultants on digital ad performance. Identify potential keywords and share customer insights to improve targeting.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beauty or healthcare sectors.
Proficiency with CRM systems or high technological aptitude is essential.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn product details.
A "hunter" mentality, balanced with account management expertise.
