Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a

Project Manager Support

Position type: Full Time-Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Columbus, OH

As a Project Manager Support, you will:

Work with Management Office focused on vendor management, project steering, budget tracking, and oversight.

Provide major support to the Organizational Change Management by completing a detailed Change Impact Analysis for 180+ processes, for which a framework is already in place.

Actively support the Change Network by preparing materials and communications, tracking sentiment and awareness about the project, and implementing measures to positively impact survey results. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience planning and executing large organizational change.

Experience managing a timeline / program plan in Jira.

Experience creating professional communications, reporting, and status updates for executive stakeholders (email, PowerPoint, Confluence, Excel, etc.)

Stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management.

Training content development and deployment.

Experience in creating Jira and/or Tableau dashboards from Jira data.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $75 - $78 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
