Your Role: Under the direction of the IT End User Support Manager the primary responsibilities of the Systems Engineer End User Support will include implementing, configuring and supporting stable, secure, and efficient End User devices while proactively solving IT issues and supporting end users at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise Global End User support. This candidate will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn new technologies and procedures.

· Execution of the tactical buying processes used to manage the supply chain to ensure material supply that meets master schedule and customer requirements.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical / business field.
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on enterprise experience in a global team supporting compute and end users.
