Description: This position reports to the Director of Service & Support and will serve as lead customer facing design, implementation & support services related to Windows desktop/server, Active Directory & Azure AD systems and other customer systems as directed. This role will also take lead in strategy & support for companys internal Windows system environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be the companys leading subject matter expert (SME) on design, implementation and support of prospect/customer systems,
including:
o Windows Server & Desktop
o Windows VDI
o Active Directory & Azure AD systems
o Office 365 Cloud Services
o Related Windows and AD system application, services
and components
Develops Windows system specifications that address customer and company business requirements and recommended best practices and standards.
Direct management of on premise and cloud-based environments for Windows server, email and key business applications, including O365, One Drive, Office Applications and mobile device management.
Assist in developing service & support staff with training curriculums and certification requirements related to Windows, Azure AD and related competencies.
Lead by example in utilizing company service and project management systems to successfully resolve reported issues and deliver new services on time and ahead of expectations.
Monitor service & project reports & systems to identify critical customer needs and areas for improvement of processes, productivity and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Lead by example while servicing #TOP customer and internal staff:
o Making and taking calls to/from #TOP customers to assist with documented customer needs
o Obtaining additional customer/issue information where needed
o Meticulously documenting customer interactions, questions, issues and resolutions
o Authoring & publishing internal and customer portal knowledge base articles to enable better & faster customer self-service & internal issue resolution.
Provide management with daily & weekly project reports as directed.
Be accessible, responsible and available with regular communication to customers and designated management, staff and peers via phone, email, crm, helpdesk, and other tools as
directed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum: 3+ Years of production Windows Server & Active Directory Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure.
Experience in implementing images and disks.
Good understanding of storage concepts.
Solid experience of Internet and IP networking concepts.
Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory.
Experience integrating Azure AD with Windows based AD.
Experience integrating applications with Azure AD.
Understanding of Cloud Service & roles.
Experience in Deploying, Managing and Monitoring Cloud Services.
Experience in Windows PowerShell scripting
GOOD to Have: Understanding of Azure SQL
GOOD to Have: Experience in designing and Implementing Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup
GOOD to Have: Azure certification Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
