Job Description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 25-26 school year.

We are looking for a SLP to serve middle and high school students for the 25-26 school year.

Hourly Rate Range: $46.00-$57.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student's unique goals.

Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings.

Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication.

Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and IDEA compliance standards.

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews.

Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments

Required Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Washington State Department of Health (DOH) SLP License.

Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate from Washington OSPI.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
