Pay Range: $29.47/hr to $41.33/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch. We also offer the opportunity to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch

Primary Job Function: The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. All while maintaining the quality of work and representing the company in a manner that promotes good relations.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers

Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions

Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance

Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly

Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations or follow-ups

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members

Provide training to entry-level service technicians

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

3+ years' of experience with residential and light commercial HVAC

Willingness to travel to the service area

Excellent customer service skills

Professional appearance

Universal EPA Certification

Ability to read and interpret new construction plans in regards to HVAC installation

Ability to work well with technology and adapt to change

Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

Ability to lift 58 lbs

NATE Certification is a plus!
