Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the restoration industry, is hiring a Restoration Supervisor for a full-service restoration company in Sheboygan, WI.

Supervisor Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary $28-$35/hr.

They are seeking a candidate who is adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills. As a Supervisor and laborer, you will be responsible for managing teams to various property damage claims, including fire, water, wind, contents, and collision damages, by performing the following duties.

Restoration Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

Instructs Crew Members on the scope of work and any necessary safety precautions.

Show compassion to property owners and project payees when dealing with their loss.

Maintains accurate timekeeping information and job notes on daily T&M sheets.

Collects job progress photos using a smartphone and relevant applications

Demonstrates proficiency in general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.

Documents and tracks company equipment on assigned projects.

Rotates through an on-call schedule, taking leadership in emergency situations.

Takes instruction from assigned project managers and communicates with them on a daily basis.

Treats every property equally.

Maintains and submits an accurate timesheet each week.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisor Requirements:

3-5+ years of Restoration Industry Experience

Professionalism

Empathy skills

Detail orientation skills

Commitment to Customer Service

Working knowledge of Siding, home building, and hand tools.

Ability to troubleshoot machinery, product and installation problems.

Possess good organization and verbal communication skills.

Displays strong collaborative ability with peers, subordinates and managers
