Car Wash Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

-Manage, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but is not limited to customer service, carwash programs, and safety

-Create and enforce Carwash employees' schedules to optimize labor

-Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest the best course of action about stocking the wash with necessary chemicals and spare parts

-Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash

-Develop weekly management reports

-Maintain a safe wash environment

-Support employees during high traffic

-Administer customer damage claims

-Work with other employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary

-Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

-Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

-Expected to work Saturdays

Qualifications

Car wash experience preferred

Organized and friendly personality

Demonstrated ability to manage others

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
