Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic multitasker to join our 5-Star Rated Team! No insurance background required. Significant commission is available for those with exceptional communication and sales ability, but a strong base salary provides security as you learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Reach out to potential customers to offer our products and services.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Experience managing client relationships is preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

Dedicated to customer service

Able to anticipate customer needs
