Salary: $25
The chef is responsible for preparing/presenting meals for clients in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations on Saturday and Sunday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for weekly budgeting, menus, and the overall functioning of the kitchen.
Plan breakfast for morning staff to present to clients.
Prepare/present lunch and dinner on the weekend. Make up weekend menus and post.
Clean up the kitchen after preparing meals.
In charge of kitchen maintenance, refrigerators cleaned, ovens cleaned, etc.
Keep track of inventory.
Prepare shopping list for Operations Manager.
Track food expenses and provide weekly reports.
Maintain monthly food budget.
Other duties assigned.
