With a strong foundation and a forward-thinking approach, we’re looking for a strategic and driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our customer acquisition efforts and elevate our brand as we expand.

Position Overview:

As the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales and marketing strategy, and ensuring an exceptional homebuyer experience from first impression to closing. You will oversee a talented team and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and leadership to align goals and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company goals and revenue targets across all active communities.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing guidance and accountability.

Collaborate with construction and operations to forecast inventory, pricing, and sales pacing.

Marketing Strategy

Lead the marketing vision, including brand strategy, digital presence, campaigns, events, signage, and community outreach.

Oversee website content, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools to drive engagement and conversions.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

Ensure consistency and quality of all marketing and customer-facing materials.

Customer Experience & Market Intelligence

Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitive communities, and buyer behavior to inform strategy.

Ensure a best-in-class buying experience from initial contact through post-sale.

Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the for-sale residential homebuilding industry.

Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth.

Strong knowledge of the Atlanta metro real estate market and buyer demographics.

Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing strategies, and new home sales processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
