Master Finish Carpenter

Job Description

Imperial Finish Carpentry LLC is seeking a Master Finish Carpenter who takes pride in clean cuts, perfect installations, and precise detail. We specialize in high-end trim work, cabinetry, doors, accent walls, staircases, and more. If you have at least 3–5 years of experience in finish carpentry and are looking to join a reliable and professional team that values craftsmanship—this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Cabinet installation (kitchen, bath, closets, custom built-ins)

Trim & molding (baseboard, crown, wainscoting, door/window casings)

Doors (interior, exterior, barn, pocket, French)

Staircases (treads, risers, handrails, balusters)

Accent walls and decorative wood paneling

Site prep and cleanup

Blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, installation

Repair and refinishing of woodwork

Requirements:

3–5+ years experience in finish carpentry

Meticulous attention to detail and precision cuts

Must have own hand tools (nail guns, levels, drills, etc.)

Proficient in reading plans and working independently

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Must be able to communicate clearly and follow direction

Compensation:

$25–$35 per hour depending on experience and skills

Consistent work and growth potential with a small, passionate team

Trial period required
