Job Description
The primary responsibility of an electronics assembler is to assemble and fabricate electronic components, parts, and products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies using hand tools, soldering irons, and specialized equipment
·Identify and report any defects, discrepancies, or issues during the assembly process and work with supervisors or engineers to resolve them
·Maintain an organized inventory of electronic components and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for continuous production
·Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling electronic components, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe working environment
·Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within the assembly department
·Accurately record and document assembly procedures, quality checks, and any necessary adjustments made during the assembly process
·Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production and timely completion of projects
Preferred Skills:
·High school diploma or equivalent
·Ability to use hand tools and soldering equipment with precision
·Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
·Good communication and teamwork skills
·Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and assembly techniques
