Internal IT Audit Manager Hybrid – Chicago, IL

$120,000–$130,000 base + bonus Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) Match

We’re looking for an Internal IT Audit Manager to join our clients growing team in Chicago. This is a hybrid position with the unique opportunity to build out the IT audit function from the ground up, a true blank canvas. Seniors looking to take the step up to Manager will be considered!

What You’ll Do:

Develop and lead the annual IT audit plan

Build internal controls and compliance frameworks across systems, operations, and financial reporting

Conduct top-down scoping, risk assessments, and design audit matrices

Partner cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations

Help transition the organization from an outsourced model to a more traditional co-source or in-house structure

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in internal IT audit, risk, and controls – 4+ years

Experience with SOX, cybersecurity, and system-level audits

A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a build environment

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
