A Huge Company is seeking 3 skilled and dependable workers in the Fort Wayne, IN area for immediate openings on local commercial construction projects. We’re hiring Laborers, Carpenters, and Apprentice Carpenters to assist with a variety of construction tasks ranging from general labor to skilled carpentry work.

This is a short-term assignment (1–4 weeks) with the potential for long-term placement based on performance. Ideal candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work full-time hours.

Job Snapshot

Positions Needed: Laborers, Carpenters, Apprentice Carpenters (3 total)

Pay: $20 – $30/hour (based on experience)

Hours: 40+ hours/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Project Type: Local Commercial Construction

Duration: 1–4 weeks (with potential to be extended for high performers)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Fort Wayne, IN (local candidates only)

Job Responsibilities

Assist with general construction site tasks, including cleanup, material handling, and prep work.

Perform basic to advanced carpentry tasks depending on skill level.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Work under supervision or independently as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements

Must be local to Fort Wayne, IN.

Must be able to commit to a 1–4 week project (with opportunity for extension).

Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Previous experience in construction or carpentry preferred.

Must pass a 5-panel drug screen.
