What You’ll Do as a Sales Trainee:
Work with customers directly in retail settings to offer them products and services available
Help to conduct presentations and pitches for prospective customers
Assist in closing sales for customers and processing sales orders
Keep working area clean and tidy at all times
Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to implement best practices
Shadowing senior team members to learn best practices in business sales
What We’re Looking for in a Sales Trainee:
Previous experience in retail and/or sales is a plus
Humble individuals looking to start in an entry level role and work their way up
Hungry, eager to learn new things and develop new skills
Ability to collaborate well with others as well as take independent initiative
Capacity to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
