- On-site fitness opportunities- Employee meal program- Education assistance Responsibilities: Collaborating with resident committees on implementing their desired outcomes.Support with active participation, in all aspects of the RiverWoods community.Provide administrative support to the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Team.

Managing assigned projectsFollow up on resident concerns to reach a resolution and respond to resident and staff requests for assistance.Setting up event rooms Qualifications: Two to five years of experience in senior living, activities, social services and/or gerontology, preferredStrong computer skills and proficient with IllustratorBasic knowledge of photographic, audio/visual and computer equipment.Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a team environmentHave strong organizational skillsMust be detail orientedMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills
