Network Real Estate Specialist III

Contract through May 1, 2026

Remote possibility

Introduction

Join a dynamic telecommunications team as a Network Real Estate Specialist III, supporting macro new build and modification projects across the Great Plains Submarket, including MN, IA, NE, SD, and ND. This role focuses on pre-construction real estate efforts, vendor oversight, and project milestone management to ensure timely and effective delivery of site-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage real estate activities for new builds and service improvement projects in the Great Plains region.

Oversee third-party vendors for site acquisition and architectural & engineering services.

Perform due diligence and negotiate lease agreements and amendments.

Ensure timely permitting and governmental approvals.

Track project workflow and manage project forecasts using internal tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align on project goals.

Handle Purchase Order (PO) management and participate in special projects as needed. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in telecom/wireless real estate for macro new builds and site modifications.

Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Proven history managing site acquisition agents and vendors.

Prior carrier experience, preferably with Telecommunication.

Familiarity with Midwest/Central U.S. real estate and construction landscapes.

Proficient in tracking and database tools, ideally with experience in Telecommunication's FUZE system.

Skilled in forecasting, database management, and understanding project impacts.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Problem-solver with the ability to evaluate complex information to identify solutions. Additional Details

Remote Friendly: Fully remote candidates will be considered.

Contract Term: Ends May 1, 2026, with potential for renewal based on project needs.
