Position Overview:
As a Vehicle Lot Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our secured vehicle lot. You’ll work directly with our Lot Managers and Field Agents to ensure vehicles are accurately documented, organized, and ready for transport or redemption. From conducting vehicle condition reports to maintaining a clean and efficient lot, your attention to detail and reliability will help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage: $16.50 - $18/hour (based on experience), with potential growth after a 90-day review.
Monthly performance-based bonuses, with the potential to earn up to $3150 annually.
Additional company performance bonuses, up to $1200 per year.
40-hour work week: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, automotive, or recovery industries.
Mechanically inclined and able to drive a manual vehicle.
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic software tools.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable and able to work in varying outdoor conditions.
Willing to work overtime and take initiative when priorities shift.Requirements:
Valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than two points on your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
23 years of age or older
