Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, focusing on language, social, and daily living skill development
Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Actively engage with clients during sessions to create a fun, motivating learning environment
Accurately track client progress using provided tools and share updates with supervisors
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Support caregivers by modeling strategies that reinforce client progress outside of sessions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
Commitment to obtaining RBT certification (we cover all costs).
Reliable transportation to and from clinic locations.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.
Ability to pass a clear background check.
Full-time availability is MondayFriday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm
Part-Time availability is MondayFriday, between 8:00am - 1:00pm or 12:00pm - 5:00p
