PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and retrieve all ingredients, follow first in first out procedure

Understand and carry out mixing procedures

Read and understand formula sheets

Properly weigh product

Operate DE clumper

Oil, salt and season product as needed

Understand and follow all safety procedures

Know and follow all GMP’s

Understand and follow all food safety and food quality issues and proper documentation whenever necessary

Operate floor cleaning equipment

Comfortable working 25 feet in the air.

Perform any and all additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good knowledge of all raw materials and mixes

Good reading and math comprehension

Ability to lift 75 pounds

Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision

Must be able to climb ladders or stairs as well as access platforms to access equipment
