CNC Operator - 1st shift

CNC Operator

Pay Rate: Starting $23 to $27 hourly

1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm (Monday to Thursday)

Due to increased growth, Streetsboro, OH manufacturer is hiring for a 1st shift CNC Operator. This position will require CNC milling or lathe machining and the ability to handle various setups. The CNC Operator will be instrumental with machining parts for the medical device parts and outdoor power equipment industries.

*This position will be working with CNC Haas milling machinery

Job Responsibilities

Set up CNC Machine Tool per documented instructions utilizing standard work holding, existing fixtures and standard tooling.

Responsible for quality, production standards, safety, scrap, and documentation records.

Operate machine tool to produce high quality product to customer specifications.

Make necessary fixture and tooling offset adjustments to maintain size.

Change cutting tools as required.

1st piece and in process inspection of components being manufactured to verify print and process specifications are being met.
