We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, families,and groups

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Understands and demonstrates sensitivity to cultural and spiritual diversity in patient care

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Licensed Masters degree in social work,

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Professional Counselor

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
