Location: Lakeville, MN

Pay: $23-$27/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime Available Fridays

J & E Companies is seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coater to join our production team in Lakeville, MN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to work in a clean, safety-focused environment with consistent hours and weekly overtime potential.Responsibilities:

Prep, hang, and powder coat metal parts using automated and manual systems

Operate and maintain spray booths and curing ovens

Perform color changeovers and ensure proper masking and part identification

Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety and quality standardsRequirements:

2+ years of powder coating or industrial painting experience

Familiarity with electrostatic spray equipment and conveyor/batch systems

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable transportation and good attendance historyBenefits:
