Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to provide exceptional support to our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND Diploma, or equivalent in a related field, with a strong background in administration and business operations. Professional certification is an added advantage, but experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide support with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure efficient office operations and maintain a high level of organization.
2. Communication:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Data Management:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
4. Social Media:
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience.
5. Business Operations:
- Support business development and growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND Diploma, or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proven experience in business operations and social media management is highly valued.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
