CNC Lathe Operator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $20-$25 an hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd (Monday-Friday 8 hours ) with Voluntary Overtime

What's the Job?

Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Lathe equipment to meet key performance indicators.

Performing in-process inspections to ensure compliance with production guidelines and safety protocols.

Creating CNC programs as required and making necessary adjustments to enhance production efficiency.

Aiding in the selection of tooling, jaw requirements, and fixtures for optimal machine operation.

Operating multiple production machines while utilizing manufacturing reporting systems.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in CNC Machine Composite Engineering (2+ years preferred)

Ability to read and understand blueprints and process plans.

Fluency in G & M code and downstream processes for ease of manufacturing.

Demonstrated good eye-hand coordination and agility.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
