Accounting Operations Manager

Our client, a premium processor in the food industry, is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to join their team. You will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Business Manager

Location: Dunn, NC

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm

Saturdays required during production season.

Pay Range: Salary $55,000 - $65,000 per year

What's the Job?

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the accounting system at the facility.

Manage Accounts Payable and Purchasing to ensure timely payments to growers and suppliers.

Assist in recruiting, retaining, and training full-time and seasonal employees.

Support project management efforts, including coordinating large expenditures and investments.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is REQUIRED.

5 years of experience as a Business/Office Manager is preferred.

Proficiency in ERP systems and excellent data entry skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

CPA, preferred
