What Youll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical and hydraulic systems (yes, cab pulls and turbo jobs too).

Create accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with advisors and customers

Mentor junior techs and collaborate with teammates to keep the workflow sharp.

Stay current with diesel techASE certifications supported and encouraged.

What You Bring:

5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience.

Mastery of diagnostic tools and modern diesel systems.

Deep knowledge of Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke platforms.

Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling the jobs demands.
