WEST PARK LTC Job Description - TEMPORARY FULL TME (75 hrs bi-weekly) Job Title - Activity Aide Ontario Qualifications - post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or other related field from a community college or university or enrolled in same.

Technical Competencies Complaint Resolution, Public Relations, Long Term Care Industry, CQI Principles, Project Management Principles, Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Facilitation Skills Experience - 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.

Experience in assessing activation needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of activation programs.
