## **Position Summary**
Koniag Government Services is seeking a **Procurement Data Entry Clerk** to support the Contracts and Procurement Organization. Reporting to the Subcontracts Manager, this role is vital in maintaining procurement data accuracy and supporting organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and internal customer service within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

## **Key Responsibilities**
* Populate JAMIS subcontract templates using data from multiple sources (electronic files, hard copies).
* Perform data entry in JAMIS, including use of the upload function.
* Update contract briefs as needed.
* Support various data entry projects and complete other assigned tasks.

## **Qualifications and Skills**
### **Required Experience and Education**
* **Bachelor’s degree** in business or a related field is required.
* U.S. **Citizenship is required** due to federal contractual obligations.
### **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
