Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing reliability risks that could adversely affect products and operations in a pharmaceutical plant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills to assess potential risks and troubleshoot issues.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of reliability testing methods and tools.

- Certification in Reliability Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement reliability plans and programs to ensure the quality and performance of our products.

- Analyze data to identify potential reliability issues and work with teams to address them.

- Conduct reliability testing and root cause analysis to improve product performance.

- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize product reliability.

- Monitor product performance in the field and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.

- Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to reliability engineering.
