Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 40.00
Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Position Overview: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Engage meaningfully with our residents while offering support in daily living activities, enhancing their quality of life under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assisting residents with mobility and exercises.
Monitoring and recording vital signs.
Ensuring a positive dining experience through meal assistance.
Documenting resident care and communicating changes to nursing staff.
Maintaining cleanliness in living areas and supporting wellness programs.
Your dedication will help us promote a warm, safe, and engaging environment for our residents. You will be trained and supported on your path to certification.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum age of 16 required.
Must obtain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
