Employed Physician Incentives:

Student Loan Repayment

Malpractice- Paid by Hospital

CME Allowance ($4,000/year)

30 Days of Paid Time Off, 5 days of Extended Illness Time and 5 CME days per year

Retirement - 3 components

457b-tax deferred

Social Security Replacement (7.65% of Physician's Salary)

Hospital Contributes 5% of Physician's Salary into Retirement Account

Position Highlights:

Supportive Team- Lactation Consultant, Breast Health Navigator, Nutritionist, & more!

Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-12pm

13 Bed Unit

DaVinci Xl robot available

Health System Deliveries: 600-800 per year

50/50 OB & GYN (access to several blocks per week for OR time)
