Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee complex IT projects across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of IT Project Management experience, a solid background in technology operations, and relevant industry certifications. This role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all program activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives.

Manage cross-functional project teams to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to define program scope, deliverables, and success metrics.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.

Oversee documentation, resource allocation, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Guide the integration and implementation of systems, tools, and technologies aligned with business.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR 10+ years of professional IT experience.

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Certification in at least one of the following:

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) / Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
