Machine Operator-Laser, Press or Brake

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense, and other applications, is seeking a Machine Operator - Press Brake to join their team. As a Machine Operator - Press Brake, you will be part of the production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a willingness to adapt, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Press Brake

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $23

What's the Job?

Program, setup and operate a CNC Press Brake, preferably Amada.

Communicate with production leads on meeting demands and following schedules.

Inspect production parts for defects and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

What's Needed?

Experience in sheet metal fabrication.

Minimum of 2 years experience in programming and setup.

Ability to read and interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions.

Knowledge of press brake tooling.

Ability to use basic measurement instruments to verify components meet requirements.
