Job Title: Lead/Senior Electrical or Systems Engineer Job Location: Manassas VA 20110 Onsite Requirements: Analog/power circuitry leadership background (manager/lead, etc.) DOD/Navy Power Systems Job Description: Lead design, development, and integration of high-power analog and power electronics, including linear amplifiers (Class A, AB, C, D, S) and acoustic transmit systems for U.S.

Navy sonar platforms (e.g., AN/BQQ-10, Virginia-class, Columbia-class). Serve as Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL), managing system-level design, EDM builds, hardware configuration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT). Oversee requirements analysis, hardware trade studies, signal transmission modeling, and design reviews for transmit amplifier cabinets and unit controllers used in acoustic projection systems.

Interface with Navy customers on design intent, schedule, and delivery plans while ensuring compliance with MIL-STD and ruggedization standards for naval environments.

Collaborate with system architects, embedded developers, mechanical packaging, and production teams to modernize and sustain sonar transmit hardware and electromechanical subsystems.

Utilize Agile development processes and participate in System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) to ensure quality and traceability across system lifecycle phases.
