Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Content Strategist & Creator to join a dynamic and creative team in Hillsborough, NC.

Responsibilities: Collaborate in content planning meetings and help shape content strategy Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with auction cycles and content pillars Create compelling content for multiple platforms including website, email, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) Write engaging copy tailored to each platform’s audience Plan and manage email marketing campaigns and schedules Update and maintain website content related to auctions, events, and department pages Execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Analyze and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights Organize and maintain content archives for easy access and reuse Requirements: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing preferred Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Proven experience managing content across multiple channels and platforms Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop Hands-on experience with photography and videography Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital advertising (Meta, Google) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements
