The Agraria Center for Regenerative Practice is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.

This full-time leadership role oversees all aspects of Agraria’s work—from strategic planning and fundraising to program development, financial management, and community engagement.

We’re looking for someone who: - Has experience: –- leading nonprofit organizations –- generating significant revenue and fundraising large dollar amounts –- inspiring and supporting a team of staff, volunteers, and partners - Believes in the power of regenerative agriculture - Is passionate about community-building and ecological stewardship - Thrives in both office and outdoor farm settings Based in Yellow Springs, Ohio Full-time, salaried position (salary negotiable) Includes on-site, regional, and flexible work Join us in advancing a just and resilient future through education, land stewardship, and regenerative practice.
