Monday & Friday work remotely.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, work in the office.
Execute the OCM strategy and provide support both IT and business resources impacted.
Partner closely with Program/Project Manager and Sponsor on OCM deliverables Collaborate with all project team members to ensure readiness and evaluate end-user readiness Define and measure OCM success metrics and monitor change progress Integrate change management activities into project plans, team progress, report and manage against any issues/risks Interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization Develop and execute various OCM deliverables, including, but not limited to: Stakeholder Assessment/Analysis Change Impact Analysis Communication strategies and plans Training strategy and plans Post-stabilization assessments/measurements against success factors Manage the relationship and act as point of contact with external training vendor Deliver both Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user courses, as needed Build a master training schedule of courses across multiple business units Create communication plans for stakeholders across the business, prepare necessary content, and facilitate reviews for approvals Pay Range: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
