Mobile Architect

Title: Mobile Architect Location: Alpharetta GA (Hybrid) Job Description 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in an architect or technical lead role.

Proven experience with consumer mobile application development, utilizing web services (REST-based, JSON, Thrift). Strong background in building mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Android technologies: Gradle, Android Studio, Java, and Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.

Expertise in iOS development with Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI, including iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Motion, and Core Location.

Strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Viper, and Clean Architecture.

Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID development best practices.

Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization techniques for mobile applications.

Tools & Frameworks: Experience with source control tools like Git and familiarity with continuous integration tools.

Thorough understanding of Agile software development processes and proficiency in the use of JIRA/Confluence.

UI/UX Standards: Good knowledge of Material Design principles and Apple’s design guidelines, with a strong sense of mobile UI/UX standards.

Experience with performance and memory tuning tools and strategies for mobile applications.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with low-level C-based libraries and performance optimization tools.
