Job Title: Scientist – Neuroimmunology Location: Cambridge, MA 02141 We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Scientist to join our Neuroimmunology team in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in CNS cell biology, with expertise in culturing stable cell lines, primary neurons/glia, and iPSC-derived CNS models.

Qualifications: BS/BA in Biology, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in academic or industry lab settings Required Skills: Strong sterile technique and cell culture skills Experience with primary rodent neurons/glia and iPSC-derived CNS cells (e.g., microglia, neurons) Cell transfection (lipid-based/electroporation), immunofluorescence, and microscopy Strong image analysis, neuroanatomy knowledge, and statistical data analysis Preferred Skills: High-content and live-cell imaging, quantitative image analysis Biochemical/molecular techniques (e.g., western blot, ELISA, qPCR) Functional assays (phagocytosis, motility), data presentation, and collaboration in cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities: Culture of cell lines and CNS-derived models to study disease mechanisms Develop and perform functional assays, high-content imaging, and molecular profiling Collaborate across genetics, immunology, and pharmacology teams Communicate findings in team and project meetings This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge neurodegenerative disease research in a collaborative, innovative environment.
