Role Information

Location: Wesley Glen 5155 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214

Schedule: Full-Time 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend coverage

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a licensed and experienced LPN who thrives in a leadership role. You are dedicated to ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your attention to regulatory compliance and ability to mentor team members helps ensure residents receive the best possible care in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff on shift, promoting teamwork and efficiency

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local care regulations

Oversee delivery of care to ensure residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs are met

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Respond promptly to issues, concerns, or emergencies

Maintain documentation and records according to facility standards

Support resident rights, dignity, and individual care preferences

Requirements

Current LPN license for the state of Ohio

Previous leadership and nursing experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital

Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and MDS experience

Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion

Customer service orientation with demonstrated problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
